Students’ Needs of Arabic Speaking Material Using the Integrated Local Wisdom in the 21st-Century Skills Model

This study aimed to obtain the results of analysis needs for speaking Arabic teaching materials through basic values local wisdom that are relevant 21st-century skills. The research method used qualitative descriptive phenomena occur in field related need speak Arabic. Participants were students and teachers courses. Data collected observation, documents questionnaires. Technical data was carried out stages reduction, presentation, concluding. In addition, technique expert judgment. findings show must be cultural harmony with culture so still have nationalist character values. So, present can develop critical thinking patterns communication process, reflect archipelago or Arabic, meet demands skills compete era globalization.
